With more than 190 participants from all over the world the first Transcultural Leadership Summit at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen was a resounding success. The two-day conference brought together experienced executives as well as young leaders and students from diverse backgrounds. Participants came together and exchanged ideas about new concepts of leadership, hot topics in economy, politics and society and — specific to this year’s country focus — China.
Several remarkable keynote speeches and workshop sessions filled the two days of conference and concretised the summit’s aim to define new types of leadership. Numerous occasions for networking and discussing opened up opportunities for participants to talk, not only about the challenges of leadership in global business, but also to speak about their own leadership experiences or to get in touch with future leaders.
