In today’s globalized world, the importance of educating global leaders, who are able to face the challenges of value creation and cross-border innovation, has grown.
With this year’s focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, we want to centre our attention on this region’s dynamically growing future markets, rapidly changing social likewise political developments, which both encounter the challenges of integrity in today’s societal order. This coalescence is our aim of exploration.
The Transcultural Leadership Summit 2017 addresses topics such as solutions for the globalization of the value chains, the ethics of African leadership, urbanism and its potential, success stories of African Start Up businesses and of political and societal initiatives, as well as investment and cooperation opportunities for foreign actors. Thus, we want to contribute to finding and determining global leadership skills and to provide impulses for an effective management of diversity by successful transcultural cooperation.
